Deporte y Arte Solidario

Design and development of a website for Deporte y Arte Solidario, developed as a freelance project for a social and charitable initiative.

The project started from a WordPress website template, which I adapted with a visual proposal tailored to the client’s needs, working on the structure, composition, and presentation of the content to create a clear, engaging, and easy-to-manage website.

The implementation was carried out using a content management system, allowing the client to independently maintain and update the website afterwards.

The main areas of work included:

• Design and customization of the website interface.
• Adaptation of an existing template to the visual and communication needs of the project.
• Organization and hierarchy of content to facilitate navigation.
• Design of different sections and website elements.
• Implementation of the design using a content management system.
• Creation of a structure that made it easier for the client to manage and update the content independently.
• Application of usability and visual consistency principles throughout the web experience.
• Design focused on clearly communicating the initiative’s objectives and activities.

This project strengthened my experience in web design, particularly in projects where it is necessary to find a balance between an engaging visual proposal, the limitations of a template, and the need to provide the client with a simple and flexible tool for managing their own content.
